Maelstrom Technology Solutions, LLC (d.b.a. www.yourpatriot.com) and its agents assume no responsibility or obligation to verify the following:

  • whether the particular organization to which you are donating is legally organized and conducted or
  • whether the use of or application of any moneys donated are used for proper and/or lawful purposes.

The Contact information that you have provided will be transmitted to the organization. Maelstrom Solutions assumes no responsibility or obligation for the protection of the privacy of this information by that organization.  Credit card information will be used only for processing and will not be shared with the organization or any third party except for the express purposes of processing or as required by law. Maelstrom Technology Solutions, LLC does not store your credit card information.

We follow Federal and state laws, and disburse funds on a regular basis to campaigns and committees after a five (5) day hold.  If users identify an error within five (5) days of making the contribution, please contact us immediately for a full refund.  If we have not yet disbursed funds, we will reverse the contribution.  If the funds have already been disbursed, you should contact the recipient(s) of your contribution(s) directly.
