Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to state contribution limits. Under South Carolina state election law, $1000 per entity per election cycle is the maximum contribution for the primary. $2,000 is the maximum for primary and general combined. Couples may give double $2,000. SC State law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, and occupation of individuals whose contributions exceed $20 per election cycle. Political contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for state income tax purposes. Foreign national contributions are not permitted.
